PAYMENT
We currently accept all major cards through our 128bit SSL secure server.

Payments are processed via SagePay, Paypal or Google checkout.

If you prefer to pay offline we are also happy to accept UK postal orders, made out to Convertape Ltd.

RETURNS
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee:

* Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt
* Items that are faulty will be refunded or replaced subject to availability
* We will cover all postage costs in the event of a faulty item needing to be returned
* We will also accept returns of any item you are not happy with if it is returned within 7 days in its original condition for a refund (return postage will not be refunded). Your statutory rights are not affected.

DELIVERY
All items are sent by Royal Mail with proof of postage. Higher value items may require a signature. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. For non receipt please email our customer service department who will escalate the matter. Before we replace any item lost in the post, we may require you to confirm this in writing for insurance purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse any order should we choose to. Any orders not accepted will be refunded using the same method as which the payment was made.

YOUR PRIVACY
Our privacy policy is simple. We will use the information you supply as necessary to fulfill your order, and that's it. We will not pass on your details to any third parties.
